Going to Beads and Rocks is like going on a scavanger hunt. The treasures you find are worth the time. Often unusual items at a reasonable price.

While on vacation in VA Beach, I checked out Beads and Rocks. They carried cystals, semi-precious gemstones, metal, supplies, tools, etc. While they may have had some nice things, you had to dig through boxes to find things. With boxes everywhere, it gives the impression that there's a lot of junk. I did purchase a couple of things but I tired of "the hunt" after a couple hours. Unless you love to dig your way through to a potential gem, and be prepared to spend some time looking, I wouldn't bother. Customer service was fair.
