This is a great shop - inventory is exceptional. I could spent hours and hours there. Customer service varies - I seem to go there when they are doing shows and the people in the shop are not as knowledgable as they could be.

This store is the best! I've been to quite a few bead stores and none can compare to this one. The inventory is huge and encompasses all types of beading needs and a good varity of classes are offered.The environment is pleasant, and the staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. (I don't know what happened to Michelle; I've never found the staff to be anything other than previously described.) I would highly recommend a visit to Blue Santa Beads. Youll stay much lionger than intended and won't want to leave.

While my experience with the staff here was less than favorable, the bead store is fabulous. The owner should have been nicer to me and more helpful. I'll go somewhere else next time!
