I ordered a good deal of sliders from this company after visiting an art show and seeing another vendor's jewelry creations using elements form this company. I received my order very quickly, but a couple of stones were missing from one of the sliders. I contacted the company and they shipped me a complete additional set of sliders (total of 8) instead of just replacing the slider that had the stones missing. I was very suprised, and it was free of charge. If you sign up for the e-mail newletter, they offer discounts and also free shipping from time to time. Will definitely order from this company again.
